Kannabiran Rama
Rama Kannabiran has published four collections of short stories, Twenty-Five Years, Umavukkaga, Vaadaikkatru, and Sozhan Bommai. He has been writing fiction over the last three decades and was given the 1982 NBDCS Book Award for fiction in Tamil for his short story collection Twenty-Five Years. He has also represented Singapore in the 1988 International Writing Programme in Iowa, USA. He is the 1990 South-east Asian Write Award winner for Singapore.
