Ilangkannan Ma
Ma Ilangkannan is the pen-name of M Balakrishnan. He is a prolific writer of short stories and has published three collections of short stories, Vazhi Piranthathu, Kungumak Kannathil, Kodugal Oviangal Aagindrana, and two novels, Alaigal and Vaigarai Pookkal. He was awarded the 1982 South-east Asian Write Award.
