Lew Poo Chan
Lew Poo Chan writes under the pen name of Dan Ying. She received the National Book Development Council Award for Poetry in 1979 for her collection of poems, Poems of Taiji. Her other collections of poetry also include Farewell, a Long Farewell and One Man Lane. She is a founder member of the May Poetry Society, and some of her poems translated into English are included in The Orchid Boat and May Poetry Magazine.
